Returns PolicyOur Guarantee:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason*, return the item unworn and in perfect condition, within 28 days for an exchange or refund. When sending a return, please enclose your personal details and the reason for the return. Please remember that you, the customer, are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse; we recommend that you obtain proof of posting.
*Personalised garments and special designs cannot be exchanged unless faulty, so please ensure you order the correct size.

Stock items ordered online may be returned up to 14 days after the date of receipt as long as they have not been worn, washed, or in any way altered from their original condition.
This does not affect a customers statutory rights or the right to return faulty goods.*
*Faulty goods may be returned at any time up to 30 days from the date of purchase and thereafter at the discretion of the Company.
*Darcy Leotards will carry out a repair service for any leotard which suffers minor damage in service up to 3 months old but reserve the right to make a charge for extensive repairs. Repairs after 3 months will be at the discretion of the Company.
How to Return an Item:
We recommend that you obtain proof of postage from the post office on all returned items. This will enable to you to make a claim if your item is lost in the post. if you return a parcel via a form of delivery that is not guaranteed then we will accept no responsibility for the item if it is lost or damaged.
